Once I caught word that there was going to be a tattoo pavilion at Star Wars Celebration Chicago, I started contacting artists (ahead of time) to see what I may be able to get, and was able to book this totally rad Darth Vader tattoo with Florida artist Jeremiah McCabe!! It’s a pretty amazing cover-up of the lil’ devil on my arm, which I got waaaaaaay back in 1996, my first tattoo ever.
I had been thinking over the past year or two about getting my arm tattoos redone, to just have someone go over them again to brighten them up, but then I thought that if I was willing to go through all that, why not get an upgrade?? So here’s part of one arm, BEFORE and AFTER:

Jeremiah is on Instagram if you want to see his work, he did an awesome porg design that I loved on someone else at the show which I now see on Instagram: instagram.com/jeremiahtattoo/
I don’t know why I didn’t take more pics of the rest of the tattoo pavilion, there were quite a few artists there all doing amazing work, and there was a Star Wars tattoo contest on the Monday, although I couldn’t attend because I was busy getting my own ink done 😛
