Headed off to Cochrane, Alberta with the folkses for the day to see the sights (it’s been awhile!) and to check out some caches for International Geocaching Day… Gotta earn that souvenir on my geocaching.com profile!! We spent about and hour and a half wandering the town, but that’s not including all the pit stopping we did at stores and for lunch. Managed to get five smileys on my map from the town, so thank you humans of Cochrane!
One of our stops along the main drag was saying ‘Hello’ to the Chicken Lady, and her chickens of course! And there just may have been a geocache lurking in the area… I can almost but not quite see it in this picture! 😛
Some of the caches were in some very high muggle areas, but we managed to go about our business undetected and without suspicion, well mostly without suspicion:

Now THIS. This was probably one of my most epic finds yet, although I did find a somewhat similar cache previously. But this one was awesome. It may have had something to do with a manhole cover…
