And now for some complete random fun…
First thing Monday morning I started receiving messages from people I know that were NOT at Star Wars Celebration telling me that I am on reddit and am famous now!! Kinda scary and kinda funny at the same time!!
Apparently I was captured in a cosplay photo (I’m to the left of Palpatine delivering Order 66 and look real thrilled, maybe I should finish that coffee I’m holding!) that was posted and trending on the social news and discussion website. Soon after reddit, it was reported to me that the image had been turned into a meme on Instagram. So I went there then looked up user ‘greek_starwars_geek’ on Twitter and sure enough, it’s there too!! Talk about instant Internet sensation!!
Proof I was there, at Star Wars Celebration Chicago 2019!! As if all my other posts don’t prove it. Fun times! And for closing words at the closing ceremonies, the next Celebration has been announced for 2020 in Anaheim. No date yet, but it’s never too early to start preparing!!
