I found another brewery! Winterlong Brewing is roughly a 10-15 minute drive south of Whitehorse city centre, worth the trip! It’s very fresh looking and clean, a nice taproom with a wide variety of beers to sample and a large fridge of bottles to take home:
My favourite sampler here was the Sinister Rouge and even though it says right on the menu board that it’s a red IPA, I was still not expecting a red to taste so hoppy! Reds and ambers tend to be my favourites so that’s why I tried this one, but I think IPAs are really starting to grow on me because I enjoyed the hoppiness of this one, and the Pingo pale ale was probably my second favourite:
Good selection of merch too, including crew-neck ladies cut shirts which puts any business above others in my books, as I’m tired of settling for standard fit t-shirts!! 😛
